Todd S. Fries was born in New York City, and moved to California at the age of six. After attending Arizona State University and graduating from Menlo College, he chose the field of insurance, following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps. He started out as a Farmer's insurance agent, where he still maintains his agency of auto, home and life insurance. However, through what he found to be the general public's lack of understanding in health insurance basics, he was inspired to specialize in this branch of insurance. More
